Compliance BOI™ offers attorney referrals for those who file their Beneficial Ownership Information Report through our SafeFile System™ and who want legal counsel as part of the process.

We do not charge you to make these referrals. That's because we encourage those who use our filing service to err on the side of caution when deciding how to interpret BOI requirements.

To that end, having an attorney's opinion strengthens your position should the Treasury Department challenge some aspect of your Report.

Since Compliance BOI itself does not provide legal services, we want those who use our SafeFile System™ to have access to attorneys whom we believe are capable and who have agreed to serve our clients at reasonable billing rates.

Naturally, you are free to use any attorney you wish. You are under no obligation to engage a law firm or attorney whom we recommend.

Service as an Agent

In certain limited circumstances, we may act as an agent on your behalf to seek out an attorney's opinion on a specific BOI issue. In this event, we may or may not request a reasonable additional fee for serving as your agent. We negotiate such fees on a case-by-case basis. Of course, if you agree to receive such services, you are responsible for paying the fee of the attorney with whom we consult.
