A Values-Based,
Veteran-Owned Business
Our mission is to be the premier provider of third-party services to help small business owners comply with the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), particularly the requirement to file and update Beneficial Ownership Information reports. Our aim is to minimize the time, effort, and legal concern imposed on owners in filing these reports and managing their perpetual update requirements.
I think we are on the verge of an economic and cultural revolution. We are going to see small businesses become a key driver in restoring traditional American productivity, pride, values, and communities.
I grew up in my dad’s salvage yard business. I’ve started businesses, and my family members are small business entrepreneurs. Small business owners are my people. They risk everything to make a better life for their families and communities, and I want to support them well.
—Roger Ivey, CEO
Compliance BOI
Our goal is to maintain a servant spirit in all that we undertake, whether with our own employees, our clients, or the broader community. Fidelity to our commitments is paramount with us. We seek out co-workers, professional colleagues, and collaborators who share our dedication to the time-proven values which make individuals, families, and communities vibrant and strong.
Compliance BOI is a values-based, joint enterprise of three partners, each with decades of experience in business law, C-suite consulting and coaching, or corporate strategy and systems design. These principals have harnessed that experience to design and market Compliance BOI services. Of no less importance, they are drawn together by their shared values and outlooks on what it means to have a company imbued with a servant spirit.

Compliance BOI grew out of the experience of the principals in complying with requirements of the Beneficial Ownership Information report.
As they prepared to file reports for their own companies, they immediately recognized places where Federal guidance on critical items is not always clear, complete, or thorough. They saw how much time business owners must consume sorting through ambiguities and inadequate explanations in the BOI guidelines.
Having served scores of small business clients over the past 30 years, they are sensitive to time pressures on small business owners. They realized the need for a service which handles even complex filing requirements quickly and efficiently, while giving business owners confidence that their report was filed correctly.
The principals also noted how many situations trigger the requirement to file an updated report. They saw that they could benefit business owners further by simplifying the never-ending task of updates.
As a result, they developed the SafeFile System™ with its Smart Screen Technology, whose purpose is to automate and optimize the efficiency and compliance of BOI report initial filings and updates.
Compliance BOI is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and serves clients nationwide.
