"We," "us," and "our" refer to RMDR Services, LLC d/b/a Compliance BOI and its affiliates. "You" and "your" refer to persons who use our website and Services. Although we use the singular term "company" for simplicity, this Policy applies to all of the companies and entities for which you provide us personal informaton.

Except for the limited reasons described in this Policy:

  • We do not use your personal information without your permission.
  • We do not disclose your personal information without your permission.

Additinoally, we never sell or disclose your personal information to third parties for their marketing or advertising purposes without your permission.

This Policy applies to all of the products and services provided by us and our affiliates (collectively, “Services”). By accessing our website or utilizing our and our affiliates' software and other Services, you consent to the information collection and handling practices outlined in this Policy. We may update and make changes to this Policy from time to time, so we encourage you to periodically review it.

We and our vendors, may receive, collect, and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. This includes personal information about you, your company/ies, and the individuals whose information you provide to us.

If you provide us with personal information of others, you represent and warrant to us that you have obtained authorization from those individuals to provide us with their personal information.

Certain personal information is required to purchase and use our Services. If you do not wish for us to collect and/or use your personal information or request that we delete it, we may be unable to provide you the Services and may terminate your account.

Social Security number, date of birth, government identification card number and image.

Account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account

Precise geolocation for Bluetooth-enabled application connectivity

Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e))

Name, date of birth, electronic signature, Social Security number, physical characteristics or description, address, telephone number, passport number, driver's license or state identification card number, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information, and similar personal identifiers associated with performing of and payment for the Services

II. Personal Information and Exceptions

"Personal information" means the non-public information which you provide us about you, your company, and persons associated with your company.

Personal information does not include:

  • Publicly available information from government records;
  • De-identified or aggregated information that does not identify an individual, company, or entity;
  • Information excluded from state privacy laws, such as:
    • health or medical information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), and
    • personal information covered by certain sector-specific privacy laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or California Financial Information Privacy Act (FIPA), and the Driver's Privacy Protection Act of 1994.

III. How We Collect Your Personal Information

Most of the personal information we collect we receive directly from you through your use of our website and applications, as well as in person, by telephone, text or email. We may also collect information from the following categories of sources:

  • Publicly accessible sources;
  • Third parties with your consent (e.g., your bank);
  • Other third parties (e.g., service providers, advertising networks, internet service providers, social networks, data analytics providers, government entities, and marketing companies);
  • Cookies on our website;

  • Our IT systems, including:
    • Door entry systems and reception logs;
    • Automated monitoring of our websites and other technical systems, such as our computer networks and connections, CCTV and access control systems, communications systems, email and instant messaging systems; and
    • any other relevant systems.

  • To provide the requested Services;

  • To integrate with third-party service providers you have requested;
  • To communicate with you or others on your behalf by phone, email, and SMS text regarding the status of the Services and other issues, such as to:
    • Notify you if we need further information;

    • Send you messages regarding certain select products and services of third parties; and
    • Communicate with people you refer to us for service (if you elect to participate in a referral program).
  • To provide maintenance, enhancement, research, development, security, support, and website optimization of the Services;

  • To identify our customers and verify their identity;
  • To provide technical support and customer service;

V. Who We Share Personal Information With

Execept for the limited reasons described in this Policy:

  • We do not use your personal information wtihout your permission.
  • We do not disclose your personal information without your permission.

In addition, we never sell or disclose your personal information to third parties for their marketing or advertising purposes without your permission.

In the preceding 12 months, we have shared, or in the future intend to share, personal information with:

  • The United States Department of the Treasury, in order to provide the Services;
  • Service providers we use to help deliver our Services to you, such as payment service providers, data storage providers, internet technology service providers, email and other electronic communications service providers, and attorneys;
  • Our affiliates (i.e., companies that we own or control, or that own or control our company, or with which we have a joint venture or other formal partnership);
  • Other third parties we use to help us run our business, such as marketing agencies or website hosts
  • Third parties you approve, such as third-party payment providers, and third parties you wish to investigate or receive services from;
  • Companies that help us market our products or otherwise promote our business;
  • In connection with a proposed or actual merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company.

We only allow our service providers to handle your personal information if we are satisfied that they take appropriate measures to protect your personal information. We also impose contractual obligations on our service providers to ensure they can only use your personal information to provide services to us and to you. We only disclose personal information to the extent reasonably necessary to support the Services requirements, or for the third-party vendors or service providers to perform the Services on our or your behalf, and where possible, we anonymize information.

  • Information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is capable of being associated with, a particular individual, including, but not limited to, his or her names, dates of birth, residence and mailing address, email address, phone number, Social Security number, Tax Identification Number, driver's license or other state or federal identification number number/image, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, account name, and other personal identifiers associated with filing beneficial owner reports and performing other Services;
  • Characteristics of protected classifications under California or federal law;
  • Commercial information (e.g., records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies);
  • Biometric information;
  • Internet or other electronic network activity information (e.g., browsing history, search history, and information regarding a consumer's interaction with an internet website, application, or advertisement);
  • Geolocation data;
  • Professional or employment-related information;
  • Inferences drawn from any of the information identified above to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer's preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes; and
  • Sensitive personal information.

VII. Categories of Personal Information We Disclosed for a Business Purpose

In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed, or in the future intend to disclose, the following categories of personal information for a business purpose:

  • Commercial information (e.g., records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies);

  • Internet or other electronic network activity information (e.g., browsing history, search history, and information regarding a consumer's interaction with an internet website, application, or advertisement)
  • Geolocation data;
  • Professional or employment-related information;
  • Inferences drawn from any of the information identified above to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer's preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes; and
  • Sensitive personal information.

VIII. How Long Your Personal Information Will Be Kept

We will keep your personal information while you have an account with us or while we are providing Services to you. Thereafter, we will keep your personal information for as long as is necessary:

  • To respond to any questions, complaints or claims made by you or on your behalf;
  • To show that we treated you fairly; or
  • To keep records required by law.

We will not retain your personal information for longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. Different retention periods apply for different types of personal information.

When it is no longer reasonably necessary to retain your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it.

IX. How We Communicate With You

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our Terms of Service, applicable laws, and any agreement we may have with you. We may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

X. Tracking Technologies

We or our vendors may use “Cookies,” which are tracking technologies such as cookies, web beacons, and pixels, to collect certain information from you when you interact with our website. We use Cookies for various purposes, such as:

  • To help our website function properly;
  • To allow you access and navigate our website more efficiently;
  • To recognize your login information and preferences, so that you do not need to enter the information each time you visit our website;
  • To analyze your use of our website, such as identifying which pages you viewed or links you clicked and how you interacted with our content;
  • To customize your visit by showing you information more likely to be relevant to you; and
  • To customize and deliver advertisements and track advertising campaigns.

XI. Data Security

We use physical, administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect the information we process against unauthorized access, use or disclosure, and against accidental loss, damage, alteration or destruction. Our policies restrict access to personal information and authorize access only for those who have a business need. We take our obligation to protect the personal information that we process seriously; however, no security program is foolproof and we cannot guarantee that our safeguards will prevent every unauthorized attempt to access, use, or disclose personal information.

Our website is currently hosted on the Ionos.com platform. Your data may be held in databases on that platform or other third party data storage providers. In all instances, your data will be stored on secure servers behind a firewall.

We only use direct payment gateways that adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We currently use the StripeTM elecronic payment platform and other thrd-party electronic payment portals. All direct payment gateways used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our company and its service providers.

XII. Children's Online Privacy

We do not market to children and our Services are not intended for persons under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have received any personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.

XIII. Compliance With State Laws

To the extent we are required to comply with the privacy laws of the various states, this Privacy Policy shall be construed to comply with such laws. We are not presently subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020.

XIV. Privacy Policy Updates

We may modify this Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes will be effective immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

XV. Marketing Opt-Out

We do not sell or otherwise disclose your personal information directly to third parties for those third parties to market their or other third parties' products and services to you without your permission. Such third parties use and disclosure of your information, and your right to opt out of their marketing, will be governed by their privacy policies and not ours.

Either directly or through our third-party marketing vendors, we may market our products and services to you and we may make you aware of certain third-party products and services which we think may be of interest to you.

Please note that in most cases we will not honor requests to delete personal information, because we are required and/or it is reasonably necessary for us to maintain this nformation for a variety of legitimate business and regulatory purposes, including, without limitation, those purposes set forth in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.105(d).
