Special Terms and Conditions: On December 2, 2024, a Federal court issued a nationwide temporary restraining order (TRO), directing the Government to suspend reporting requirements for Beneficial Ownership Information immediately. The order further set aside the January 1, 2025 filing deadline for initial reports.
Consequently, you are under no mandate at present to file. If you proceed with ordering a report, you do so with full knowledge that filing is not currently necessary. By choosing to use the services of Compliance BOI to file, you acknowledge that Compliance BOI is acting at your behest at a date beyond the issuance of the TRO. And furthermore, you exonerate Compliance BOI of any liability for accepting your payment and filing your Report, whatever may be the ultimate outcome of court or legislative proceedings related to the Corporate Transparency Act in general and/or the Beneficial Ownership Information Report in particular.
